Occasionally things can get lost or damaged in transit. On receipt of delivery, it is important that all goods are checked before signing the carriers’ delivery note. If goods appear to be damaged, please sign the delivery note and note the ‘damaged goods’.
If you are unable to check the goods on delivery, please state on the delivery note ‘goods unchecked’. Damaged goods and shortages must be reported to us within 3 working days of delivery, via phone: +353 (0)1 4607550 / fax: +353 (0)1 4607583 / letter or email: email@example.com.
Failure to follow these steps may invalidate a claim.
